"I would rate this hotel as one of the best we've ever stayed in the past. The facility is very clean and the location was excellent. The breakfast buffet was sufficient with good variety of food for everyone's preference. If we ever go back to Ho Chi Minh, I know where we'd stay. That said, the only inconvenience was that the driver of the airport transfer couldn't locate the entrance of the hotel. We were dropped off at the entrance of the departmentt store at 11pm without knowing which way to go. Fortunately it wasn't too far to find it, but it was a bit hard after flying many hours from US. "

"The Hôtel des Arts Saigon is impeccably tasteful, smaller boutique hotel. The warmth of the staff is genuine and their attention to detail and their problem solving are top notch. Nguyên Phuöng recognized me from a previous hotel stay from 2 years prior and it was like meeting an old friend. The staff in the executive lounge were amazing as well."

"The staff are amazing. Location is great. Breakfast runs from 06-1000h so great for both early and late risers. Rooms are small as expected but the desk was sufficient to work on a laptop"

"The hotel is extremely well situated - you can walk to most attractions. The room was clean, a good size and very comfortable. The shower was interesting as the curtain didn't go all the way around so the floor did get a bit wet - but there are plenty of towels. The afternoon tea was a nice touch and the pool area, even though it got difficult to get a seat later in the afternoon, it was good to cool down in after a busy day."
