"Excelente experiencia en el Gran Hotel Panamericana. Desde que llegamos todo fue perfecto. El hotel es muy limpio, las habitaciones cómodas y bien cuidadas, con aire acondicionado funcionando excelente. El desayuno estuvo delicioso, con buena variedad y todo fresco. Quiero destacar especialmente la amabilidad del personal, siempre atentos, respetuosos y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento. La ubicación también es muy buena para moverse por Mérida. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo al 100%."

"The staff were incredible. From security, to front desk, to housekeeping, everyone went out of their way to be helpful with anything we needed. We stayed a week for my son’s wedding and it was very conveniently located to the mall and many local restaurants. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Also felt very safe, as you have to have scan your key and can only get off on your floor. "

"Excelente hotel, ideal para recorrer paseo montejo caminando, con cafes y restaurantes cercanos, asi como punto de encuentro para tours como el Fiesta Americana a una distancia comoda. El hotel es excelente para dormir y desayunar, con el bar 24hrs para bebidas o snacks. Importante mencionar que no es un hotel con alberca, gimnasio ni terrazas, pero en tema de limpieza, atencion, estacionamiento y ubicacion cumple de forma excelente; dando un gran valor por el precio ofertado. Volveria a visitarlo para eventos como el Maraton de Merida, o si solo lo uso para descansar por tarde-noches y recorrer merida y alrededores. "

"We loved our stay at Mayaland - huge room with balcony overlooking the Chitchen Itza observatory. Yes some of the resort needs updating (work is underway but wasn’t an issue) but the place oozes charm and character and the history of building is felt everywhere. Shame that the entrance to Chitchen next to the hotel is closed at present but the free shuttle was great. "
