El hotel es muy limpio, las habitaciones cómodas y bien cuidadas, con aire acondicionado funcionando excelente. El desayuno estuvo delicioso, con buena variedad y todo fresco. Quiero destacar especialmente la amabilidad del personal, siempre atentos, respetuosos y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento. La ubicación también es muy buena para moverse por Mérida. "Excelente hotel, ideal para recorrer paseo montejo caminando, con cafes y restaurantes cercanos, asi como punto de encuentro para tours como el Fiesta Americana a una distancia comoda. El hotel es excelente para dormir y desayunar, con el bar 24hrs para bebidas o snacks. Importante mencionar que no es un hotel con alberca, gimnasio ni terrazas, pero en tema de limpieza, atencion, estacionamiento y ubicacion cumple de forma excelente; dando un gran valor por el precio ofertado. Volveria a visitarlo para eventos como el Maraton de Merida, o si solo lo uso para descansar por tarde-noches y recorrer merida y alrededores. "
