"Would absolutely go back! Had a fantastic 9 nights away, convenient for the bus into Florence! Beds were firm and really comfy. Food was fantastic and very reasonable. Breakfast was good, we only had it on the first morning for convenience. The choice of pools was brilliant, all clean, just a little cold!! The only thing I think could be improved is the wrist bands! If you stay for longer than a couple of days, the bands don’t last due to suncream use, as a family of 4 we went through at least 3 each over 9 nights. Didn’t feel very eco friendly. Other than that, perfect! "

"I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The views from my room were one of the best I've seen in Florence - breathtaking! The staff was incredibly accommodating, and when I mentioned that the airflow in our room was a bit still, they promptly delivered a fan to our room upon my return. The rooftop bar was another highlight - not only did it have an amazing view, but the staff were attentive and knowledgeable about their creative drink recommendations. And speaking of attentive service, the restaurant at the hotel really stood out. We were initially seated outside, but when it started to drizzle, the server kindly offered to move us inside for dinner, which we happily accepted. One of the best things about this hotel is its location - it's just a short walk from the primary train station in Florence, Santa Maria Novella. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Florence."

"Such a wonderful hotel, tucked away on a quiet side street right in the heart of historic Florence. The staff were lovely, the breakfast buffet was great (Nutella cups!). The beds were a dream and the bathroom was newly renovated with amazing shower. Would stay here every visit."

"Fantastic room, comfortable bed, amazing shower. A warm welcome from the start. The rooftop is a definite wow factor. Great views, drinks and food. Heaps of different spots around to relax. We also used the restaurant which was good and ate breakfast there every day. The breakfast is the best I’ve ever had. Great selection and good coffee machines. We used the laundry twice and were able to wash,dry and iron our clothes for free!! Love the social hub. It will always be my first choice when visiting a different city. "

"We stayed for one night and would definitely stay again. The room was spacious and my daughters loved having their own beds versus sharing a sofa bed. Room was very clean and a/c worked well. The breakfast was excellent with lots of options. The area was quiet but only a few minutes walk to the train station, shopping and restaurants. The tower was an easy 15 minute walk. Staff were helpful and shuttle to airport was quickly arranged. It is easy to walk to the station to go to/from the airport but it was pouring so nice to have the shuttle option. "
