"A GRAND Victorian hotel. Good location in Buxton. Rooms not heated and very cold. Ugly interior, especially in rooms and lots of it. Habitable but not pleasant."

"Awful. Had homeless on the entry steps. Police in reception dealing with something. Delapidated. And needs money to at least fix cracks in wall and paint it. Needs a good clean the stairs had years of dust on them. Looks like a hotel that the owners have just forgotten about."
