"Awesome place to stay for a decent price."

"The property has a lovely relaxing resort feel which was welcome after the hustle and bustle of Tokyo and Kyoto ! The rooms are very spacious .. we upgraded to the ocean view room which was definitely worth it ! The balcony and view was amazing ! The breakfast was a lovely inclusion. , enough Western options . We had dinner there as well and was good . Tried out the onsen which was very relaxing and did help my sore joints ! The town of Atami is a bit run down , but the temple is nice and pics from the top of the ropeway were okay for a walk around but not much to do/ see . "

"We enjoyed the ocean view, private onsen in the balcony, nice breakfast, relaxing lounge on 2nd Fl (but music too loud) and location of the hotel. Only thing we did not like was the slippery tiles in the shower. I almost fell, the tiles were slippery & there is no grab bar. Very dangerous and I started to wear the black slipper you put outside in the balcony when I took the shower. "

"Surrounded with restaurants, pubs and shopping seven Eleven or family Mart. Walking distance to Shizuoka train and bus station, including the bullet train Shinkansen. It's only 800 meters from Shizouka hospital, history museum and Sumpu castle tower."
