"A hotel should be even basic clean, this was far away from it. The apartment was in an untidy condition, there was obvious dirt, cigarette butts, wear and tear, the sofa was broken. We said this several times, nothing happened. It is not right that the first thing to start cleaning when entering the apartment.
The dirty mattresses were lined with plastic sheets, you can't sleep on them. We would have removed those plastic sheets, but the dirty (clearly pee-soaked) mattresses were revealed...

"Fantastic little find, out in the middle of nowhere, high in the hills above the lake. The most spectacular views from the balcony where we just sat in the peace and quiet. Our host was fabulous, who couldnt do enough for us. Breakfast was local pastrys, the sugar bread was to die for. Beautifully restored, very authentic. "

"A somewhat worn down resort, 2 small pools no other shared facilities. Some cafés, restaurants and a good grocery store very close by though.
Also very close to swimming lake (Lac de Saint-Cassien, recommended), Cannes, the Riviera etc.
A holiday home - not suitable for short stays due to cleaning costs and not so flexible check-in hours. Check-in after 19 possible, but has to be arranged. Staff didn't speak English on the phone - code exchange was difficult.

"The property lies beautifully on the bottom of Fayence with a decent view on it right in the middle of rose fields and wine field. Rupert and Christophe built some real jewel there. Both provide also some very open and friendly environment to spend extraordinary vacations. Slowing down from daily business work and forget any stress becomes so easy..... Great"

"Souris ou rat dans la maison, avec des piĂšges un peu partout. Le toit a des fuites dâeau des quâil pleut, et cela condamne 2 lits doubles qui sont non utilisables et oblige Ă dormir sur le canapĂ©. Les poignets de portes sont quasiment toutes cassĂ©s et restent dans votre main Ă lâouverture. Et pour finir, la plaque de cuisson est trĂšs dĂ©fectueuse, ils sont au courant mais proposent uniquement de mettre Ă disposition une plaque dâappoint de camping. Et oui Ă 4000 la semaine on dort sur le canapĂ©,...

"We were delighted with the house. We have stayed here for 2 weeks. The house is located between 2 lovely villages Callian and Montauroux
It is a quiet location with lots of privacy and good facilities. Everything was very clean! Great-sized pool and fenced garden. Lake Lac St Cassien is only a short drive from the house.
The owner was super friendly and welcoming."
