Private: property 1'400 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden, swimming pool (12 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with alarm system. Table tennis, parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 600 m, bus stop, sandy beach 700 m. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with bar. Bath/shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Balcony, terrace roofed. Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Maison idéalement située par rapport à la mer, au calme. Bien équipée.Très belle piscine. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.Les points à considérer: ne convient pas pour les PMR. Il n'y a pas la climatisation (seulement un ventilateur), ni le wifi. C'est noté dans l'annonce mais je ne l'avais pas 'vu'.

Great house for families. Amazing garden

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Grundstück mit viel Privatsphäre. Pool wurde trotz kaltem Wasser intensiv genutzt. Gute Raumaufteilung, viel Platz, ruhige Lage, nah am Meer und Supermarkt. Haus komplett ausgestattet mit Deko, Büchern, Spielen und umfangreicher Küchenausstattung. Möbel sind teilweise älter aber in gutem Zustand, vieles erneuert. Grundsätzlich sauber, aber nicht in jeder Ecke – bei der überlassenen Einrichtung aber nachvollziehbar, es ist komplett alles da was man brauchen könnte!

Wunderbare Ferienwoche

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal in der Shangri Las Villa. Das Haus war sehr sauber.Man fühlt sich hier sofort zu Hause. Die Umgebung war sehr gepflegt und der Poolboy kam auch vorbei. Der Poolbereich und der Sitzplatz dazu ist atemberaubend. Sehr ruhig. Die Schlüsselhalterin ist sehr gut per WhatsApp erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Unser Lieblingsstrand lag nur 5 Autofahrminuten entfernt. Wir würden wieder kommen. Das Haus /Einrichtung ist zwar etwas älter hat aber sehr viel Charme!!!!

Lage gut, Zustand mangelhaft

Der Pool und der Garten waren schön. Lage sehr gut. Das Haus ist renovierungsbedürftig. Das Sofa durchgescheuert, Gartenmöbel am Pool defekt, insgesamt nicht sehr gepflegt. Grundreinigung der Wohnung erforderlich.

Familienferien

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Tempo 30 Zone. Mit abschließbaren Tor. In nur wenigen Minuten ist man am Meer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war sehr sauber! Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allen für den Alltag wichtigen Utensilien. Grosser Kühl und Gefrierschrank!Die Schlüsselinhaberin war sehr gut erreichbar (auch per WhatsApp) Herrliche Terrasse mit etwas Aussicht. Riesiger sauberer Pool. Schöner überdachter Sitzplatz beim Pool.

Rustige ligging, veel privacy. Goed voor twee personen. Enkele opmerkingen. De woning heeft een opknapbeurt nodig. De douchestang ging los, handvat aan kastdeur los, keukenkastdeuren die dienen bijgesteld worden, de salonzetel is doorzeten, matras in tweede kamer flinterdun, bed veel te laag, tuinmeubilair aan het zwembad, twee houten ligzetels zijn goed als brandhout, twee verschillende plastiek zetels zijn aan vernieuwing toe, de twee aanwezige ligkussens dringend te vervangen, geen toilet ...

Entspannung in einem wunderschönen Haus!

Freundlicher Empfang durch die Verwalterin, das Haus war sauber, sehr schöne Zimmer, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, sehr schöne Terrasse und großer Balkon, großer, wunderschöner und sehr sauberer Pool (wird 2x/Woche gereinigt)!! Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe des Hauses.
