"Check in was so easy and the gentleman at the front desk was amazing. He had such a great personality and was so helpful. I read that in the reviews and it certainly holds true. We also loved that they let us borrow chairs,

experience so much better and my kids were excited to get on those Pacific Ocean waves. The location in proximity to the

"The room was good - clean but we did not get a renovated room, so it was in need of that. The carpet was damp from an issue with the refrigerator, but they came to check on that without us even asking, which was nice. The breakfast was great with tables outside by the fountain. Pool and hot tub were very nice too. We loved that the free city trolly stopped right outside - so easy to get to the
