"Hotel is still less than a year old and it shows. New, clean, well appointed rooms. Staff were all very warm and friendly. Location along the river and very convenient and walkable to sites and food. Breeze Spa was also great. Highly recommend all around. "

"Pretty much everything was perfect. Lovely room opening onto pool. Beautiful and spotlessly clean surroundings. Excellent breakfast menu. Such attentive staff. Shuttle rides to and from the town centre on demand. Complimentary airport pick-up/drop-off. So many little touches. Housekeeping would com in and even fold clothes if left on bed or chair. Reception came over to us in lobby rather than have us wait at desk to check in, and then came out to wave us off as we keft with a little gift of biscuits. "

"We stayed at this hotel for three nights and it was an amazing stay. The check in was smooth and quick. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable with two types of pillows for your preference. They have 24/7 room service which is perfect if you are jet lag and get hungry in the middle of the night or didn’t eat enough during the day. The washroom was spacious, well stocked, and very clean. The products they use all smell very lovely! I brought my own but couldn’t help myself in using theirs. The staff are also very pleasant and helpful. Location is convenient and close to some restaurants if you don’t want to eat at the hotel. Overall we loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. "

"A spectucular location with great views from the east bank of the Mekong River of the broad river, boats on it, and the surrounding karst mountains in the near distance beyond. Peaceful and beautifully maintained acres of landscaped gardens. Historic home of former revered Lao Prince. Good AC, wifi, shower or tub bath. Pool was wonderful with very nice chaise lounges and umbrellas but only about 8 of them, not enough if there are many people using it. Very good food options, both western and Southeast Asian. Some issues with food needing to be brough on trays from seperate kitchen, some dishes arrived only warm. Lovely decor. Cable TV is not all that good, less than strong signal, only a few channels in English. Free shuttle service seven times a day into LP city 2.5 miles away. Friendly service, Stephen the operations manager very helpful and speaks good English. Limited English from the friendly staff. Well managed and clean."
