"Beautiful location for Christmas travel, the unexpected fire alarm on Dec 23 was interesting but the trip was great nonetheless"

"The breakfast was okay. I'm not a fan of not having individual yogurt or milk. It's not easy to just grab and go especially for a person who was on a tight schedule. I missed breakfast all together one morning due to given wrong time. "

"The hotel is nice, but the rooms could use some upgrading. The information page was outdated, so it didn't have accurate info for where the light switches were or how to use the fireplace. The shower stayed damp all day even with the door hooked open and had a mildewy smell. The room was definitely cleaned well, but it's dated. The smart tv would consistently cut out and would have been nice to have been able to swivel it for better viewing. Also, the remotes were missing backs. It's the little things that add up, but currently I'd stay here again. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and it's close to restaurants and shopping."

"All the corridors smelled like heavy Clorox . Bed comfortable but room needed upkeep . Shower wall soaps empty. TV not functioning. Apparently problem with cable company . Breakfast lacking fruits and yogurt. No skim milk available for cereals"

"Nice stay. Bed was a little soft, carpet felt sticky under my feet, kept my slippers on. Pool was very cold temperature wise. Really was disappointed, pool room was nice and steamy but the actual water was like ice. The weekend was rough, neighbor room partied hardy and loudly with bass that could vibrate the room. Other than that, was an okay stay."

"Very nice place. Clean & comfortable. Well maintained. Great location. Easy walk to bus transportation Center. A few minutes more will get you to Woodfield Mall. Excellent hot breakfast. Will definitely return."
