"My son and I flew in from NY with a LONG period of nothing to do until our events at the NOW Arena, which has a bag policy so we wouldn’t have been allowed to take ours with us to the event. I explained this to the staff at the hotel and for a small fee they allowed us to do a super early check in AND allowed us to have breakfast there. Very accommodating. Highly recommend!"

"The one main issue I had was the room was advertised as a King Size bed, but it was only a Queen size bed."

"Alberto and Ericka were amazing 👏 Sadly, I encountered some issues. First, the bathroom ceiling was leaking. It got fixed but it took time. Secondly, the night before we had to check out. The room locked itself from the inside, so we could not get into our room. Then it took like half and hour to fix the problem. We were offered reward points that we will never use. The management never showed up next day to say sorry. I definitely not coming to this hotel ever. 😡😡😡😡😡"

"Room was clean for the most part. We pulled out the sofa bed and underneath we found french fries and other garbage, so that doesn’t get cleaned regularly. Sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable to sleep on, per my boyfriend. The bed mattress was very comfortable. Front desk staff were friendly. Pool was chilly but refreshing on a hot day in July. The tv’s have apps and you can sign into your streaming services to watch tv. I would stay here again."

"A basic but decent place to stay. I found the suite to be nice access and workability with a desk and little couch. The bed was comfortable but the hotel itself is a bit outdated. No breakfast included and food options within close at 10:00pm."

"It was a good stay, the fact that it had a kitchenette was amazing, we could make our own meals. There is no direct public transport and it's a bit away from things like restaurants, pharmacies, groceries, etc. They offer coffee and tea in the mornings and there is no housekeeping if your stay is shorter than 7 days. Other than that, we are happy with our stay!"

"So generally it was ok. The AC was loud, and old and could not maintain the room cold. The bathroom flush was very slow. The carpet and the sofa were stained."
