Room was nasty , cigarettes burns all over the blanket, very strong smell of dog crab and urine . Stains on the walls, lights not working, Ac not working properly very loud and broken, ufff never again I couldn’t sleep, stay somewhere else

The staff here is awesome! We've stayed several times and they're always courteous, helpful, friendly, and do whatever they can to help. The rooms are clean and they do their best to maintain the property. It's older, so though it may have some quirks because of age, I rate it pretty highly for a budget motel. (And our cats love the rooms!)

This is a budget property in desperate need of maintenance and freshening up. Very run down, no housekeeping and smells. Pay a few dollars more and you will be happier.

I’m sorry to say this, but I had booked a full eight days at your hotel and I was only told one night was available. We had to go searching for another hotel, which turned out to be a better one. Anyway I just thought you could be a little more accommodating Michael Grant.

The reviews and pics looked pretty good but in person this hotel is actually pretty run down. Stains on the walls, bedsheets, not properly stocked with toilet paper, etc., lights flicker constantly and take forever to even turn on. Glad we only needed a bed for the night but even then, I’ve never seen such a thin mattress at a hotel! Do not recommend

Don’t stay here. The rooms are dirty. We were afraid to get under the covers because bed bugs. Neighborhood is not safe and not even that close to o’ hare.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Mold was growing all over bathroom. The room had sooo much humidity that the beds were damp. Reserved a non-smoking room and room stunk of cigarette smoke. Tried to get a refund but none was privided. Ended up leaving and going to another hotel.

Motel was very dirty riddle with black mold and roaches everything was poorly cleaned and maintained. The staff is rude and nonchalant to the residents needs and concerns because they know the motel is dilapidated literally one rainy day from condemned. Do yourself a favor and stay in the motel 6 up the street I did and it’s night and day….I’m serious.

Most Despicable Hotel in Arlington Heights, IL

Hotel property unsafe and room was absolutely disgusting. The smell of weed was intolerable. Gnats in the room. Knob on A/C unit. Gang type people hanging around hotel property drinking moonshine and allowing pit bulls to roam in and out of rooms. Hotels.com needs to do a better job in vetting hotel properties prior to adding them to website.
