"Avoid this hotel and Expedia at all costs. We paid Expedia for an additional guest, only to be charged again at checkout by the hotel who indicated that "the extra person fee is something charged by the hotel, not Expedia", despite a detailed invoice showing it had been paid. After returning home, Expedia may pathetic efforts to recover the funds, only to say that partner policy dictates refunds. Only visit this hotel if you wish to be defrauded."

"Family run hotel, nice owners, very convenient location for travelling, because just a little outside of the town center of Varazze. Fantastic food in their restaurant. Good continental breakfast. The only thing I had a small problem with was that the fan in the bathroom was not working, and that the showerfloor was not very nice.....broken tiles etc. The room was very hot, the aircondition was not on but eventually at night with a slightly open window it cooled down.
