"It was amazing place to relax"

"Rooms are big and clean!! Breakfast buffet is very nice. Lot's of choices"

"We loved everything about this hotel! Staff is super super friendly, very courteous, professional and very helpful"

"Staff was lovely, hotel was perfect for our quick stop over in Reggio Calabria - close to everything on our to-do list."

"The staff were very welcoming and easy to deal with. We had an issue with the room initially that was resolved quickly. Friendly service and a nice atmosphere."

"This hotel property has the potential to be an amazing stay along the beach front. Very disappointed lack of communication from the reception staff. The property is run down, broken pavement, untidy around the building and the lift area. Loud noise music every night till 1am… It wasn’t cheap to stay!! Housekeeping was clean but unpleasant smell through the air conditioning. Strained carpets throughout the building and room. Have stayed there before thought may have been improved. I will never...

"Good location friendly staff rooms are average but well priced "

"Great location and very helpful Staff. Poor AC, resulting in a hot night. Surprisingly Poor English communication"

"Wonderful stay. "

"Charming hotel. Great location and very friendly staff"

"We enjoyed our stay and the pool was amazing!!!!"

"Great Hotel with very friendly staff. Very nice pool area and good breakfast. Wifi could have been better and shower in room was too small."

"Very clean and friendly staff, highly recommend!"

"Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. Staff were helpful, you got a welcome drink too. As a gold member we got an upgrade but not sure on its improvement over standard one. Worse view and same interior. Bed was quite...
