"Comfy room and friendly, helpful staff "

"A very friendly and customized service. Maria called in to ask for the arrival time. The house was build in the Victorian times and has a special flair. The interior and furniture are lovely and you feel like being at home. The bed and bedclothes are great. In the morning the neighing of horses are walking you up and the wonderful cared gardens invite for a walk. The breakfast is massive and fresh made at your wishes. Located 10 minutes from Luton airport, so perfect for business travels...

"The unit was perfect! Clean, modern and fully equipped. We very much enjoyed our apartment. One queen bed, 1 single in one small room and 2 singles in the third bedroom. Full kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine (we were given a clothes horse to dry our laundry); large bathroom with a tub. Big living room/dining room with smart tv. Small downsides: The property as a whole is a little run down and it’s on the 3rd floor of a walk up. Once we walked through and up the unit was great!"

"The room smelled no working extractor fan in bathroom the bath taps leaked someone had wiped the floor around it he toilet with paper leaving bits on the floor in the bedroom under the table was a hair clip and a hand roll cigarette filter plus a few cobwebs The bed was clean and comfortable i dont know why i was given a disabled persons room. The staff were friendly "

"Grove Lodge was the perfect choice for our family of 8 adults celebrating my father's 100th birthday. The ground floor ensuite bedroom was perfect for him. The house was clean and very well equipped. As we had goodcweather we were able to enjoy the lovely private garden. We were met by Lee who was very friendly and gave us lots of useful advice about the area."

"Lovely well eqipped accommodation which was ideal for our family of 14. Rooms were spacious and there was lots to do including a games room. Good location right near the sea."
