"We recently stayed at Hotel Ocean El Faro in Punta Cana and had a fantastic time overall! The amenities for kids were excellent — our little ones had a blast with so many activities to enjoy. However, the kiddie pool could definitely use some major renovations, as the paint is chipping and it’s showing its age. Thankfully, that didn’t stop us from having a great time. The food throughout the resort was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit everyone’s taste. Overall, we had a wonderful trip. With some updates to the facilities and a little improvement in management, this resort could easily be top-tier. We would definitely return and look forward to seeing future improvements! "

"This is a beautiful resort with really friendly and kind staff. They make you feel valued and engage with all the guests to make sure everyone is having fun. The food is great for a resort and they are constantly sweeping and cleaning so it feels really clean around the pool and common areas. Would definitely recommend!"
