"The hotel lobby is super grand. It's very lavish and luxury. The indoor swimming pool is the best during winter season. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. Definitely will come back to stay at the hotel."

"The AC was a bit challenging but ironed itself out..the gym and locker room has personal spa cold plunge sauna and steam room a huge win for me. Cardio equiptment could use a bit of an upgrade however highly functional. Pool was great, staff was amazing. Breakfast one of the best I've had..id give it a 4 star based on the rooms carpeting and walls dated in rooms.as far as shower great heat pressure all amenities fantastic..staff beautiful people..i would definately stay again"

"Absolutely fantastic hotel, spacious room, excellent location and an amazing breakfast.
Within walking distance to pedestrian street and nearby shopping and restaurants. Several metro stations within 10mins walk away and the Bund also a 20min walk away. You could not ask for a better location really, and the upper floors gave a decent view over the city skyline.
The staff were very helpul and perfectly pleasant. We had no issues at all even with the obvious language barrier, they seemed...

"Room is clean, with a nice view on the bund river. Location is excellent as it is next to the metro. Breakfast was great with a wide variety.
Many small shops beside to look around, there is also mixue, a beef noodle shop and convenience store."
