Just next to the hotel are big shopping malls - Grandview, Parc Central and Tian Cheng etc. There is a nice residential neighbourhood where you can take a walk around to have a feel of how people in Guangzhou live and quaint shops and cafes. One thing lacking in the room is a coffee machine. Breakfast at the hotel is average. Stayed 5 days there but I ate pretty much the same thing every day."
