"I have stayed at the Milan regularly for almost 5 years. Previously I felt the value was ok, so I returned again and again. The last time I stayed was yesterday April 15th, 2026 and I have to say that I was disappointed. Trying to rest in the afternoon but unable as the staff made a ridiculous amount of noise and constant conversation. Due to the tile floors and flat surfaces, the noise is amplified and it was impossible to get the rest I desperately needed. Also, I found some of the staff uncooperative and with a bad attitude. There are many choices in this neighborhood ans I will choose an alternative hotel. It is a shame that customer loyalty doesnt count anymore "

The best sightings were early in the morning or late at night, when things were quieter and the animals were more active. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was consistently friendly. Free breakfast was included and was great. Free guided day tour was also included. Also did the night tour and would highly recommend it. "
