"Excelente ubicación del Hotel, queda a pocas cuadras del Jardín de Lolita y de la calle Cali donde hay varias discotecas y restaurantes. Está en una zona segura donde se puede caminar. La habitacion en la que me quedé fue una de abajo que se llama Sierpe, cuenta con 2 camas Queen, y estaban muy cómoda, sin embargo las almohadas eran algo duras. Esta habitación no cuenta con TV, ni baño privado, pero habían 3 baños disponibles y todos estaban muy limpios siempre. La atención por parte del staff fue cordial. El internet era bastante rápido y estable."

"Excelente localización para ver todo lo relevante de San José, caminando si así lo deseas. El personal del hotel es muy atento. Las comidas en su restaurante El Patio, muy buenas, al igual que el desayuno incluido. Hasta un desayuno carry-out nos dieron el día de nuestra salida, que era a las 4:00 am. Tuvimos un inconveniente con el aire acondicionado de la habitación y nos resolvieron de manera atenta y rápida. Hasta un upgrade de la habitación nos dieron. 100% recomendado!"

"I don't even know where to start. This place was PERFECTION! The staff in the entire hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful, I feel that they are all our friends now. The food at the restaurant is amazing, people come visit from outside the hotel just to dine at the restaurant. The pools are sooo nice, and that is a highlight for me because my husband hates getting into pools, I literally had never seen him enjoy a pool the was he did in this hotel. We didn't have to share it with other guests when we went in and it just feels very peaceful and the views are breathtaking. The day we checked out I literally thought he would not get out of the pool so we could leave. The servers at the restaurant and pool bar were very nice and we enjoyed having conversations with them, Abraham, Anthony and Ricardo. The bell guys, the tour guide, our concierge, it just feels like they're all a family. The room was super comfortable and spacious, we had a view even from the shower with a giant window, plus a balcony and a huge rooftop for ourselves. They offer a complimentary tour of the property that is about 6 acres of preserved forest where you can see monkeys, sloths, scarlet macaws, among many other birds and species."
