"Incredible. The customer service is something I’ve never experienced. The grounds are immaculate. Monkeys are many. We even saw a sloth pretty regularly. The view was incredible! Again, I can’t get over the customer service. Talk about prompt, kind, and gracious. I would definitely stay here again. I wouldn’t even bother with another hotel. I could not have asked for more. *** be prepared to walk some inclines and stairs. No matter where your room is, that is definitely going to be part of the journey. "

"Very nice, clean room. We did not use the spa. Restaurant was very good. Tours booked through hotel were expensive for 3 adults because individual rates simply tripled. There were no group or family reductions. SCN offers free access to wildlife and butterfly reserve (with an excellent café) across the street but provides little information to incoming guests. "

"one of our favorite hotels we've ever stayed at. Great location close to restaurants and a short drive to the beach. Can take cheap Ubers anywhere you want to go within Manuel Antonio/Quepos. The best view we've ever experienced at a hotel. "

"Friendly staff throughout; slow bar service; great food especially the gluten free options; ample secure parking; room was in the older part so it wasn’t the best - smelt like mold and visible mold in the bathroom; beds were comfortable."

"The rooms are spacious but lacking in a few amenities. No a/c nor heat and the floors of the room hallways are rough hewn stone & cement. No big deal, but not good if you have rolling bags. "

"I have never stayed in a hotel that does not have complimentary coffee maker, coffee and sweetener, and that the room shower is cramped. I called the front desk to enquire why there wasn't any coffee maker or complimentary coffee, and they said that the rate I paid was a basic room. I paid $101.00 plus local taxes per night. I am completely disappointed and will not use this property in the future. "

"This hotel is a jewel in Quepos. The location is wonderful with outstanding views. The facility is magnificent with well designed rooms and wonderful amenities. The staff is wonderful, friendly and always helpful. Their eco friendly approach is to be enjoyed and respected. Will definitely return to this magical place."
