"This is a magical place nestled near the entrance to the Daintree Forest. My family hiked the nicely maintained and well-documented trails next to the Mossman river, swam in it, also enjoyed the pool that the hotel maintains. The wine and cocktail tastings every evenings are a great way to wind down the day, the meals were simply sumptuous - breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We had so much good food! The guest houses the property maintains are also lovely, with sleek modern bathrooms, ample space, and short walks back to reception or the mossmann river. This is a beatiful spot to rest and relax in - staff were consistently fantastic, lovely, and friendly. They take very good care of the place and it shows. Lastly, while the property maintains a free guest laundry, I suggest you use the service instead. The guest use clothes dryers on the property are not really performant. "

A beautiful quiet location with a lovely view but close to essentials for food shopping. We opted to cook up over eating out and had everything we needed. A short drive to port Douglas and easy to drive from Cairns. Thank you very much for a great stay. "
