This updated historic house is conveniently located with an easy walk or drive to any attraction in and around Denver. Our home is just a short 5 minute walk to some of the best cafes, bars, and restaurants in the city. The house is also in the most convenient location. While being in the heart of Denver, you can easily hop on the highway to get to the mountains quickly. Whether you are enjoying a few events around town or taking a trip to the mountains, you will be in the best and most sought out neighborhood in Denver.

Enjoy a couple of rounds of shuffleboard in the living room, walk three blocks to the scenic Cherry Creek trail, drive 5 min to the Denver Performing Arts District, Meow Wolf and Mile High Stadium. Walk down a few stairs to the garden level to enjoy a second level of bedrooms, games, and entertainment. A close 10 minute drive to any neighborhood in Downtown Denver and only 25 min to Red Rocks!
