"My house was renovating and I needed the convenience of the stay, hence the reason I had to book more days. everything else was disturbing. It says no smoking and I had to wear mask because of the smoking. The smell of smoke on my clothes. The loud music and fighting. The bathroom is so stink, I think it comes through the vent. I spend so much on air freshener. I got scared one night because of a fight at 1am. My children were terrified! No microwave in rooms. It’s a shared microwave downstairs. I made a report about all these things at the front desk and was told, to tell the manager, they just work there. I hope I would never put in a position to have to stay there again. It’s ghetto!!!"

"Our stay at the Wyndham Hotel was excellent from start to finish. The entire staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. The rooms were spotless and exceptionally clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. From check-in to check-out, we were treated very well by everyone we encountered. The level of hospitality and attention to detail truly stood out. I would highly recommend this hotel in every way and will stay here each time we come to Brooklyn, New York."

"The facility is old. There is spit in the elevator and stairs down to the hotel. The toiletries are poor, the size of the soap is a little bigger than a SIM card. You cannot make local calls from the room phone. The curtains were mildewed. If I could give half of 1 star, I would. "

"Just terrible. First, my car would barely fit down the alleyway to the parking lot. Then, the room reeked of a strong chemical odor. I had to keep a window open just in order to breathe without feeling dizzy. The bed was 4 feet off the ground, was filled with broken springs and was so loud that I couldn’t sleep over the noise. The only “furniture” in the room was what appeared to be a wobbly lawn chair. BEWARE if booking a room in this establishment. I had to forego the 2nd night I had booked and find a different hotel. "
