Room was very clean, staff was welcoming. Ordered room service never received. They said I need to go pick it up. Asked to speak with manager of restaurant, did not respond. Called front desk and spoke with hotel manager. Money was returned and hotel manager was very nice. It was they offer room service but no one was there to deliver

Good experience overall, clean and well maintained. The only issue was the buffet. It was not very good and I had found hair in the food. And some plates were dirty, but the staff was friendly.
