"The host was very helpful and friendly and got right back to me on questions. The space was small but very clean and had everything I needed as a single guest with one dog. The bed was quite comfortable too. As a woman traveling alone, my only issues were with the isolation of the area in the off-season (there were coyotes outside at night), and I would have liked to have had a more secure bolt lock and less see-through blinds."

"We had a great time at this house, even though it was the off-season (March) with cold/windy/rainy weather. We cooked, played games, walked, hiked, and rode the bikes. The house is an easy/short walk to the beach and into town. An easy two miles up the street is the Cape Cod Rail Trail. We were three, but the house easily accommodates a family of five with two bedrooms on the first floor and two twin beds in the attic bedroom."

"We found this to be very comfortable and a good location. We visited Provincetown, Nantucket, and everything in between. The house has comfortable beds, plenty of room, nice kitchen. Enjoyed our stay!"

"We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house in the Cape for our family vacation. The check in process was very easy as well as communication with the host. The house was clean, cozy and plenty of room for the 8 of us. We enjoyed cooking family dinners with the well stocked kitchen and relaxing on the back patio. The outdoor shower was amazing. Our doggies loved the backyard. Close to the beach, stores, restaurants - we had a wonderful time!"

"This is a large place with a great deal of potential but requires some updates for the cost. Some additional storage and work space in the kitchen is necessary and available - it is a huge kitchen! Be aware that only the bedrooms are air-conditioned, which is fine if it stays under 85 but not so much when it is not. The property management was VERY response to our inquiries. It was a very clean place. The extra on property cottage is a great feature for some privacy and quiet with a large group."

"What a gorgeous home on a nice, quiet lane. Terrific local and Cape Cod theming and fully appointed with everything you could ask for. We enjoyed a lovely home cooked bbq meal one night and it was the perfect setting for it. Nice central location in the Cape to get to all tourist areas. This one is a real gem. Thank you!"

"This was a perfect place for our family of 4 to stay over a long weekend. The bonus sunroom was our favorite room to relax in. We couldn’t get the washing machine to start and found the beds a tad squeaky but would definitely stay here again. Great location and cozy."

"We loved staying in this home. It was clean, cozy and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The beach was so close and we enjoyed the fire-pit at night. We were so close to other attractions in the area. The inflatable water park was only 20 minutes away. Plymouth was 40 minutes away ( visited shops and the Mayflower ship and had a delicious lunch at Mama Mia’s. We visited Boston and walked the Freedom trail and saw so much History, Boston Tea Party was a great tour. Also went to another...

"Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, well stocked, exactly as described. The location was in central Cape Cod and a short drive to National Seashore, Hyannis, Yarmouth, etc."

"The house was perfect for dogs. The beach and new steps to the beach were very nice. Lovely view. The house and property need some TLC. Lawn chairs were rusted and one plastic one was cracked, chipping paint, broken window blinds, toys and debris scattered in yard and caught on bushes. The outdoor torches on ground are all broken and non-working. I know it is early in the season and I picked up as much as I could reach. It was chilly and it took awhile to heat up, as some of the rooms are space...
