Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The condo was very cozy and clean just as advertised. The location was very nice & convenient with easy beach access. Our biggest complaint was the air conditioning units. The one in the main living area did not work at all and the one in the bedroom didn't work great.

Arrived at property and found a team of contractors replacing the roof. Since we were only staying in the area for a couple of days and we didn’t want to listen to the noise we decided to find another place to stay.

Great location!

The condo was very clean and well stocked. The decor was perfect. We had read in previous comments about an air conditioner not working so we assumed it would be repaired…it wasn’t…it got very warm. We also had a very hard time getting in the door with the code lock. It rarely worked on the first try- sometimes took several tries. We would love to stay again if these things are taken care of.

Perfect little getaway

Booked this for our first time visiting the cape. The unit was very nice but a little cozy — definitely a good size for a couple, wouldn’t recommend it for more than 2 people. AC worked really well, and it was nice to curl up next to the fireplace at night. I would recommend bringing your own toiletries because while there are some provided, it’s definitely not enough if you’re staying more than 2-3 days. Hot tub and pool were out of commission (and looked like they had been for a very long time) but the condo’s semi private beach was beautiful! In fact, my boyfriend proposed to me on it at sunset while we were staying! We definitely will be booking this place again if we come back to Dennis port.
