"We had a very comfortable stay. The property and room is very clean. Location of hotel is about a 10 min walk (straight shot) to la Concha beach and another 5-10 min to the old town depending on where in the old town. And 27-30 walk to Gros. Overall, Very conveniently located. Staff is helpful and polite to guests."
