"This hotel takes care of their VIP members. I was offered early check in free of charge, and was surprised with an apple pie + birthday card on the day of my birthday (didn’t even have to mention it to them). They always have somebody at the desk, and the location is impeccable. You are in the city centre, and is close to everything. This hotel made our trip :)"

"Staff was very nice and helpful, they even give you a welcome card and complimentary drink. Location is just about close to everything you want to see. Love the Rock and Roll theme gives the place a bit of personality without being tacky. Only complaint about the room is the TV is a bit old.
Also a heads up if you have large luggage or have any injuries or disabilities this hotel doesn't have an elevator so you'd have to walk potentially 4 levels up the stairs while carrying your stuff"
