Plain Jane older hotel. In good condition. Bathtubs could use resurfacing, but furniture in room was in good condition. Chairs seemed new. Bed was AWESOME! Pillows were good. Slept well even on the first night. AC didn't even wake me. Breakfast was cold cereal or waffle, so not great, but sufficient. If what you need/want is a good bed and and a clean shower, this is the place for you.

My father is staying here. Everything is so local and within walking distance it’s always clean the bed is nice and soft and clean white! I’m very particular about the floors and the bedding and they are all clean! The showers are clean for the price you can’t beat it!!

Aside from the kids that jumped around overhead and the grandfather that yelled at them, Good place for a quick stay. Basic breakfast but it was convenient and consistent daily. Staff was kind. Room was clean, fridge worked well no other amenities like microwave or an iron in the room.

This aged property is conveniently located and well-priced. The building is 30+ years old, and shows its age in some respects, but there is evidence of some renewal and refreshing of rooms and public areas. Staff was friendly and helpful. The new swimming pool looked absolutely divine, especially in the blazing Texas heat, but sadly it was off limits because it had not yet been inspected by local code enforcement authorities. So with the fence locked, all we could do was look at it longingly and sigh. Maybe next time. If you want a hotel that is well priced and adequate without all the frills, this place is good.

Clean staff was kind and accommodating quiet. I’m definitely coming back with every penny even if you just need to get away from your screaming kids lol but no, it’s great. I know someone who’s staying long-term and I do not blame them. They have everything you need in there.

I came in and everything was clean and taken care of. They were able to accommodate my reservation because it happened to come early and they just moved it over a day instead of refusal. I came at a really bad time in my life so I was in need and they were so kind. The room was very clean cool and honestly, I didn’t wanna leave. The shower was clean. There was no bugs the floors clean enough to walk on. I’m coming back that’s for sure.
