Convenient for travelers. Property appears to be getting updates, but they are not complete. This is likely a result of supply-chain disruption. The room was reasonably clean and had a comfortable mattress.

Check in was fast and easy. Room was dirty. Bathroom was not properly cleaned. Used shampoo left in shower. Broken vanity mirror, bathroom door, and entry door. No coffee or cups in room. Very disappointed for a Baymont property

Room was covered in dead and live crickets and other bugs. Immediately upon arrival smoke detector was beeping and maintenance was not on property to fix it. Towels had brown stains on them. The jacuzzi tub which was the entire reason for picking the room/hotel didn't work. Staff was polite and understandable when we requested a refund and left.

The staff was very friendly, and the rooms felt nice and cool. The entrance light did not work, the shower was difficult to use and the shower head did not work, the frame of the mirror was broken, the tv did not work and I ended up just unplugging it.

A possible staycation.

Friendly staff/concierge. Clean spacious rooms, fridge, microwave, coffee maker in rooms. Extended stay optional. McDonald’s next door along with a grocery store across the street in walking distance. Other food options on other side of freeway.

In general I was satisfied with the service at the reception desk and my room: there was no bed bugs, no smell of smoke or cleaning chemicals, I wanted bath tub with hot water -that’s all I needed. Cannot give 5 stars cause the room needs to be repaired (lots of small scratches, patches, holes, cracks around, needs fresh painting) and I had someone’s old dirty towel hanging on the door when I checked in.

Easy walk to MacDonalds and Brookshire’s grocery. Older facility but well kept. Friendly and responsive staff. Surprisingly quiet. There’s no laundry facility. Would stay again.

The new staff here at the Baymont in willow park are more than great. They accommodate and allow you to enjoy the property without being over aggressive and rude. The grounds are well maintained and the staff is very professional. Thank you Baymont for your hospitality and I for one just love Marla to death. She's so sweet and greets everyone with a smile

You definitely get what you pay for

Hotel was a little run down, pool was more liike a large birdbath and water wasnt clean enough to swim im. It was. It was on the cheaper side so I suppose you get what you pay for. At least the rooms were clean and the air conditioner works very well in the room.

The check-in process went fine. Our key didn’t work the first time so we had to go back to the front desk to get that fixed. Once we got in our room, the scent nearly knocked us down. It was so strong, I’m certain my daughter will have a migraine from it. The floor in the bathroom area had some kind of residue on the floor. Despite everything saying this is a no smoking facility, I saw several ashtrays full of cigarette butts and people actively smoking.

I reported strong fuel or gas fumes was ignored.

This place sheets were not changed from previous there was a strong gas or fuel smell that never went away and I was told that they were remodeling. I gave 2 stars because the front staff was kind and breakfast area was clean and served decent. I had a hard time sleeping. However because I had my 81 year old mother with me and she was so tired we stayed. I would say pay more for a better place to stay.

The bathroom sink had hair in it, the toilet had not been flushed, there was a wet towel in the bathtub. When looking for a plug for phone charger there was dirt and trash behind the head board of the bed. You could see light on 3 sides of the door, one of the locks had been removed. If not for the late hour, the early hour I had to leave and how tired I was, I would have walked off. But the bed was clean and comfortable.

Very disappointed

We were very disappointed in our stay. Hotel staff was very rude and unwelcoming at check in. The pool was closed the entire weekend. The ac did not work well in our room. There was no remote or hdmi cord for the tv. Staff had very rude attitude when we asked for clean towels and toilet paper. Housekeeping never stopped the entire weekend. Breakfast was very very limited. Very rough crowd that was staying there. Constant hollering and fighting.

Needs Remodeling, badly.

My 1st room smelled of mold, stale cigarettes, cheap booze, and lots of bad decisions. The sink was dislodged from under the counter and had black mold all around where it was caulked to the countertop. There was mold all around the tub surround too. 2nd room was better. Still smelled of cigarettes, cover-up spray. Bathroom was a little cleaner, but toilet wouldn't flush. Under the lid revealed a stuck float valve that needed to be tapped each flush. Third room was cleaner than the first 2, but not really up to "Wyndham" standards. Nicotine smell persisted. All 3 rooms were "smoke free." Lobby/breakfast nook was tidy. At checkout, management stated he just acquired the hotel 2-months ago and is in process of updating furniture and fixing it up. It was barely worth the $49/night for 2 nights I stayed.
