I loved this hotel and would highly recommend it! The staff were wonderful, the room was HUGE, and the facilities were fantastic! Breakfast was also excellent! The area is quiet, very safe and close to historic sites and fascinating museums. I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Dallas - this place is a gem!!!

This hotel was super convenient to American Airline's arena. We were there for hockey game and the walk was short to food and game. The following day the tram was close by but in the end we used the city scooters (pay as you go) and had a great time. My two boys really enjoyed the corner room with its cool city line view at night. Breakfast room was big and clean, the room was spacious and clean. Nothing not to like - it was perfect! Would choose this hotel again.

First glance upon walking in from the parking lot is that it looked clean. The first red flag was the access card required to enter the lobby from the street. Staff was polite. Second red flag was the shower was not properly cleaned as we found a few hairs on the walls of the shower. Room was spacious, but we did pay for that. Third red flag was the dirt and dust and debris found on the side of the left side queen bed between the bed and ac unit, as if no one had vacuumed there in a few weeks.

The staff was lovely, I had seen photos which included a pool but then was informed it had been closed for a long while now so that was disappointing. Otherwise it was comfortable, quiet and very convenient to the west end & the aquarium.

Enjoyed our one week stay. Good location. Others noted parking was not good, but if park in the lot across the street you will be fine. Daily rate includes in and out privileges. I will give credit to the hotel's valet parking people for telling me about this option vs. the hotel's pricey valet option that does not include full in and out privileges. The area seemed safe to me.

Room was very nice and spacious. The area, since is located in downtown, feels a little but unsafe. There’s a convenient parking lot in front if the property and is less expensive than hotel parking

Great staff, facility and location. Arrived in the late afternoon and had a speedy checkin. Cleaned up and walked to a few restaurants / bars for dinner and drinks (within 5 minute walk). There was one corner that was a bit sketchy w/homeless people but they seemed harmless enough as we passed by. Came home late and woke early. Good variety for breakfast with more super friendly staff helping my youngest. Checked out and walked to the World Aquarium which was about 2 minutes away. Overall an excellent experience!

The valet parking situation is awful. It’s run by the city, not the hotel. The retrieval process is unintuitive, glitchy, and slow.
Setup for breakfast was poorly designed with toast and waffles crammed in the front where no one can get to plates and utensils when there’s a wait for those. Moving “quick” food first would do wonders for flow!

Great, economic place to stay in Dallas. Only gave it 4 stars because they didn’t leave at least a water or two in the room to start. Yes it’s not their responsibility, but alot of times if you’re coming on business you don’t have access to a lot and it’s a courteous start to your stay. Everything else about my stay was great.

The hotel room was fairly dirty with the shower being the worst. There were large stains in the carpet which is unacceptable. The staff were all really friendly. Whoever was working the front desk the morning of December 31 deserves a huge raise! He was the best! Lastly the breakfast was advertised as open till 9. Went at 8:15 and it was desolate. If it’s not open please notify guests upon check in or with a not in the room, thanks!

Mediocre property with one MAJOR problem. Don’t be fooled by the “offered” valet service for 38 dollars. If you want to park at the hotel, you MUST pay for the parking. Otherwise, you need to pay for parking at another lot at your own risk. This is an extremely shady business practice, and I cannot recommend this place because of it. A total deception

Loved how close it was to American Airlines Center! It was a nice walking distance to watch the Dallas Stars. We stay here every time we come because of the reasonable price, cleanliness, and location.

We stayed here for two nights to watch the Dallas/Lakers game. Everything was perfect. Down to the ease of finding the hotel/parking to the cleanliness of the hotel. Parking was around $23 for 72 hours. The breakfast was yummy, I loved how they had fruit!
