Room was fine, clean and satisfactory for the price. When we were trying to check out though at the end of our stay, there was no one to be found at the front desk and we waited probably 15 minutes along with another man trying to talk to someone at the front desk. Tried to yell to the back room, ring the bell, and call the phone and still nothing. Ended up just leaving a note and our room keys… weird situation and there was no hotel employee anywhere to be found. Tried calling the general manager’s number too that was on the desk on business cards and just got a busy signal.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were decent overall. However, cleanliness could definitely be improved. I noticed leftover food (bones) on the floor, which was concerning. I reported it the next day, and to their credit, they offered to change my room. My main concern was the location. There were many homeless individuals in the surrounding area, and some were wandering through the parking lot and even coming inside during breakfast. At one point, I witnessed a homeless person breaking items, and I had to stay in my car until she left. Unfortunately, this made me feel unsafe and negatively impacted my stay.
