The very best part of our stay was the staff! Every single person was helpful and courteous! The property is dated and our suite was beat up. The couch was horrible. Door looked like it had seen a crow bar and kitchen cabinets were bad. The place needed to be dusted. Its a great location for medical stuff but just needs some work.

When we entered our first room we realized the tv in the living area didn't work. Also, a large ball of hair was on the floor. The receptionist came to room to try and fix TV. She was so nice and sweet, she even picked up the hair from the carpet. After speaking to her manager we were moved to a larger two bedroom. We had a pleasant quiet night and enjoyed our stay. Also, the breakfast was wonderful, probably best from a hotel stay. Will stay again

I like that It was calm and the peolpe who work their are nice.and It has a pool and basketball Cort.And what I did not like is that basketball cort was broken and when the ball hit the net It would go out of the cort.

Great staff old hotel

The front desk and cleaning service were great. The hotel itself is dated. The HVAC unit is so loud I needed to cool the room down and turn it off to sleep.

We really appreciate the "suite" feel with 2 bedrooms and kitchen/living area in between. However, this hotel is very dated and seriously needs a deep cleaning. Bathroom floors were not clean and neither of my doors would close (to my bathroom and bedroom) Tried to get towels every day but it was difficult getting someone to bring any...had to go to the front desk to get them.

When we checked in that afternoon, the reception host was not entirely welcoming - she was short tempered and was very dismissive. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit, and the next day, I came to ask if there was a chance we can change up the mattress…it was old and dingy (there was a very hallow spot) I woke up the next day with a horrible back pain…She told me that she will see what she can do but never got back with us after our four night stay…in our first night we asked if the grill can be used/turned on, the same lady said she doesn't know how it works and that the maintenance crew leaves at 3pm - we’d have to wait the next day. At check out I asked if Bonvoy members at provided parking she said no and its because we booked through a third party. I would say that the cleaning staff is amazing! No matter how old the property is, its evident that they do an amazing job cleaning the room and the facility. Breakfast was amazing, lots of healthy options and the staff was quick to refill empty plates - kept the area extremely clean!

As several visitors said, kind of run down but they’re supposed to be renovated in 2025. The few staff menbers were very friendly and eager for the upgraded facility! Basic breakfast buffet included. Mattress on the pull out couch was uniquely uncomfortable. You could feel every spring. If you need the extra bed, (and aren’t too big) leave the cushions on the couch, put sheets on them and sleep on the pretty comfy cushions.

Family trip

Our family of 4 (2 kids, 2 adults) stayed in a 2bedroom suite with kitchen. The hotel itself was decent and the staff was really friendly.The room however was out dated. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The 2 bathrooms were an added bonus. We did have a kitchen but like I said it was outdated, but we managed. Close to a few restaurants. We did enjoy the gazebo outside our room to sit and relax. We wish the pool was opened, but it looked like it hadn't been serviced as no one was using it. Breakfast was your standard but they had different options daily, the option to fix breakfast burritos was really a nice touch. I would stay here again if I needed another 2bed/2ba combo. Overall it served our needs.
