The hotel is located in a nice and safe area, which we appreciated. There are several restaurants and pharmacies nearby, and the free parking is definitely a plus. However, the green areas were quite neglected, and the laundry area was very dirty. We even found beer cans around the property and broken beer bottles outside our room. The breakfast was disappointing — there weren’t many options, and one day there was no fruit at all. The room itself felt a bit dirty and poorly maintained, and the kitchen appliances and utensils were not properly cleaned.

We enjoyed the 2 bedroom Presidential Suite, however noted that the upstairs room was an open loft, not an enclosed bedroom, which was not apparent per the pictures posted online. Itcel provided exceptional customer service, and I was pleased to noted that the pool is cleaned each morning. The couch wasn't the most comfortable, but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The property was well kept and everything was clean to my very high standards. The Manager and the entire staff was amazing and very accommodating. The breakfast lady even brought out a treasure box for the children during breakfast encouraging them to eat a good healthy breakfast to start their day. She was the sweetest. She reminded me of my Grandmother and I wanted to take her with me. I will definitely bring my family to stay here again when visiting Texas.
