Staffs are great. We checked in with a power outage and the key cards were not working and she gladly opened the doors for us multiple times. Also, the hairdryer is not working and the maintenance came instantly and installed the new one in less than 10 mins. GREAT SERVICE OVERALL!!

Thes Hotel have a molded dusty smell and the carpet need shampoo and air condition needs cleaning. The hotel is in a great area for shopping, food places and easy to get on the internet. The staff was the best do fix thing when informed right away.

The hotel itself was really good for the price and room was spot on clean. My only complaint was the breakfast. They did have yogurt, waffle and cereal, bread but I really was looking forward to a hot meal in the morning which they didn’t have example eggs, sausage/bacon or hot oatmeal which none of that they had. They didn’t even have coffee at the breakfast area only in your room. Other than that 5 star for room.

This is a clean hotel and right by the Parking Spot South location. It isn’t a new hotel and needs some upgrades and remodeling. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a good enough hotel for the price-particularly if you have an early morning DFW flight.
