Only 1 elevator and it is a small and sour odor. It is unsafe - jerks at each flooř, door closes on you even when something is in its path. Handicap parking is at the door that is not accessible - it leads to a 3 floor flight of stairs. At the pathway by the pool to the door closest to the elevator there is no handicap parking. Ashtray is right next to te door. Hotel smells...sour .shower has no soap dish, the drain is dirty and when start shower water is slow to drain so stand in 3 inches of dirty water with floties from drain. Brackets for body was, shampoo and conditioner hanging up in shower

The room we booked was over sold. So rather than a two bedroom suite, we had to split up and put one parent with one child in each room which had us running back and forth the whole trip. Not enjoyable at all!

When traveling with kids, it is always easier and more affordable to book a stay with a kitchen. This was a nice stay for the price, with a great layout and comfortable beds. The linens were a bit thin and the kitchen was understocked and plates in cabinet and dishwasher were dirty. I washed everything before we used it, to be on the safe side. The staff were very pleasant and helpful! We didn't use the outside space but it has a nice pool and basketball court as well as additional amenities that all looked well kept. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Grapevine.
