The property & staff were all good. My concern is with its policies that treat their guests differently depending upon where they booked from. I came through Expedia. A guest shouldn’t be made to feel less because they didn’t book directly.

My wife and I stayed at the Hilton Dallas/Plano Granite Park for two nights while doing some back-to-school shopping for our grandkids, and we had a wonderful experience. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool, and the restaurants within walking distance made the location even more convenient. While we were out shopping, housekeeping made our bed, provided fresh towels, and restocked the coffee. We truly appreciated the excellent service and attention to detail. Parking was not free, but it was not a big deal for us. Overall, we were very impressed with the hotel, especially for the price. We would definitely stay here again!
