The rooms were great. It was in a great area, but when we arrived to check in (after check in time) the rooms were not ready. The staff did what they could, and they were all very kind. This would have been a 5 star experience if the rooms were ready

It was a nice hotel. I booked with because of the indoor pool. However the door to pool didn't work. That was disappointing. The breakfast was good though. Even if they ran out of plates by 7 am.

Overall a good experience for a well priced stay.

My husband and I had a trip to Dallas for a concert and we were happy with our stay here! We loved the continental breakfast and the location. Downsides are the check in was strange, no one was there at the counter to greet us at 5 pm so not too late and we had to just wait there for about 10 minutes until someone emerged from the back office even after calling with no answer. Also, the room was fine but the curtains had very strange red stains (not sure what) on them but the rest of the room was clean and ready for us with fresh towels and blankets and such. Overall would definitely stay again, just a couple minor inconveniences.
