Property is under renovations, so unfinished rooms, halways. The room we stayed in, the ac unit would not stay on. The bathroom door would not close and the clearance between the commode and door is 1/2 inch. When i brought it up to the management, was told not to worry about it. Hmmm really..
Clearance of door when opened. Lid of commode kept sliding when used, not tightened
Gap on top of door, 1/4 inch
Gap on bottom of door, 3/4 inch or more. Lock did not work, gap to big

They are in renovation mode now but I will stay there again because it so easy to go where I need. The staff were so gentle and friendly. My room was totally clean and new so I loved. Even though they are in the middle of renovation there is no problem at all for me. Just book it and be happy.

Horrible this place should be shut down! Mold everywhere and rooms are ran down. They're doing construction in the lobby so they didn't have breakfast really either. Instead of construction this place needs to be demolished for real....

Fine overall

Currently in the middle of a remodel, so parts were updated and some not. Breakfast was good. Service was fine. It's nice having a firm and soft pillow to make it exactly how I like. Location was fine.

Staff was great, it was nice to have snacks available for purchasing, and it's a very central location. They're doing a huge renovation so there was a lot of construction, but it will probably be good once that's done.

The service staff are quite friendly. The hotel being old is not a problem, but there is an unpleasant smell in the room. I have to set the air conditioning a little lower to alleviate this smell.

The property is in the process of remodeling, so while the room we stayed in was clean, the elevator and floors were dirty. If we had know that the property was being remodeled, we would not have made reservations there. The breakfast was limited to cereals and other cold items. It was a very disappointing experience.

Do not stay here…

The hotel has construction stuff piled up outside. It has a weird “we’re trying hard to be fancy” smell in the lobby, the elevator door opened like it is part of a creepy movie, the shower head had rusty hard water build up on it, the bathroom door just nearly misses the toilet by maybe a half inch and to top it off there were roaches crawling on the nightstand. I left immediately after that.

I booked this room because of the location, which was Great, but nowhere in my book, and did it say that the hotel was undergoing a total renovation. My first room was filthy, and the AC didn’t work. So they moved me to a second room, which was not as bad, but still not what I was expecting.
