It is a quiet hotel. It's clean and with good service. Unfortunately the stairways are in the back of the building so it could be a long walking if you are in the middle of the 2nd floor. But it has a convenient location and a good price.

I have been to this property multiple times and this property never lets me down. The rooms are always clean and bug free. I love the staff as well! They are very friendly and helpful. I will continue to come here. I have went to other properties and they were not half as good as this property.

Staff is nice, I felt safe, no strange people walking the halls or being loud outside. The pool was closed for maintenance so that was a bit of a bummer and there was construction at the entrance, which is not their fault. Otherwise a good stay. There is no breakfast though.

Better than expected

After i read the reviews, i wasnt expecting much, but it was 1 night and it was located across the street from where I needed to be the next day, so I thought I'd risk it. Ok, it's a budget hotel, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The worst part of my stay was the inconsiderate guests that were banging their room doors and talking loudly on their phones as they were heading check out between 6am and 7am. I'd definitely stay again if I needed a cheap hotel for a night or 2 in that area.

Dallas Metroplex’s HIDDEN GEM

No smoking and no pets make this the cleanest hotel I ever stayed at. This hotel is off the beaten path yet only 10 mins from downtown. The room was spotless and smelled like soap. There were USB and AC outlets near the bed. The carpet was the cleanest hotel carpet I ever experienced. The parking lot was clean and oil free. There were no smokers, homeless or drug addicts lurking about. The only problem I had was that they were very angry about my Service Dog.
