"Basic accommodations. Don’t expect any extras. Our check in Receptionist was helpful if I signed up for their mailing list she would give us an upgrade to a nicer room. Then we went from two queen double to a king bed but it had a kitchenette. I think that was the upgrade. However the breakfast was not good overall. The sausage was burnt and dry, and other items were over-/undercooked.Other items were also not restocked efficiently to keep up with patrons that were trying to get breakfast. So my daughter went to get a pancake after I sat down with two pancakes and by the time she walked up to get some they were out so she got a bagel but no cream cheese? They only had one person working to do everything? So probably the reason It was not cleaned up efficiently for the next patron. I was also told I could not have more cream for my coffee as that was all they had? It was 7:00 and we were leaving for the airport so I wanted some coffee. Not to much to ask for $ 171 a night."

"It was just okay. Very basic. Nothing that stands out. Nothing that was terrible. I will say, however, the shuttle service at night... be ready to wait a very long time. And the shuttle during the day, doesn't run as often as one would think it should for being an airport hotel!"

"When you walk into the hotel, it looks like a five star resort. Very bar area, snack section, indoor and out door pool, a nice gym and a game room for all ages. The rooms are nice with a few exceptions. We had two rooms and both rooms came with two queen beds. Everyone in our group stated the same thing, the beds were hard and very uncomfortable. There was a chair and table so the others had to sit on their bed. There was a narrow balcony but it didn't have any chairs to enjoy the cool mornings and evenings. When we first arrived in our room, the air wasn't even turned on or the mini fridge. Now for the outside of the hotel and surrounding area. This hotel is not situated in a good area. Homeless people everywhere and camping out on the side and behind the hotel (not to mention seeing shooting up). I would not feel safe letting my kids walk around anywhere outside. The good news is there is a Walmart and several fast food restaurants near by."
