"The airport shuttle was very clean and easy to access once we exited the airport. There are quite a few restaurants in walking distance from the hotel. The toilet in the bathroom was extremely low and difficult for me as a handicapped individual to get down and up from. "

"The shuttle driver picking us up at the airport was on time and the front desk person was very helpful with some questions we had. We were trying to get to Union Station for an Amtrak trip the next day and she suggested we get on the transit train close a sister hotel. The shuttle driver was able to take us to the train stop and showed us how to purchase tickets. Above and beyond what we expected. That made our stay there extra great! "

"Chose this motel because there was round trip shuttle to the airport. Big mistake! We left our vehicle over the weekend to come back and find it had been broken into. The door lock was broken. No cameras at this motel. I highly recommend not staying here or leaving a vehicle in their parking lot for even a night. "
