"Breakfast was good, cleanliness and room view everything was good but Aircon was not too efficient in room. "

"The rooms are quite clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. They quickly resolved a small issue we had with the room upon check-in. When we called service to fix a light near the door, the maintenance team arrived promptly, fixed it, and also made sure to clean up any mess left behind. Breakfast was delicious and well-prepared—I especially loved the pho and sticky rice. I’d also like to give a special mention to a staff member named Mi, who was incredibly friendly and always made customers a top priority. She was especially helpful when there was a language barrier with other staff, and she always took the time to patiently explain the hotel's rules and guidelines. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be close to the beach, the food street, and the city!"

"Overall our stay was very pleasant. However the room had only 2 adult robes, even though I have indicated in my reservation that there would be 2 adults and 2 kids. When i approached the staff at front desk to ask for kids robes, they refused. We just wanted to experience wearing kimono altogether. "
