"Fantastic property and location "

"Spent a week in the property. Great stay in a generous sized property. Less than 5 minutes from the beach. 5 minute walk from the town centre. Good range of shops and eating places in Newbiggin. Near park land which was ideal for the dog. House was well equipped. Good sized bathroom. Rear yard was a nice suntrap and very private. Good sized bedrooms and very clean."

"Lovely property with fantastic views of the sea from the front room and two front bedrooms. I stayed with my mother and sister and we had a lovely relaxing 5 day stay. High standard of cleanliness throughout the house. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for somewhere picturesque to stay on the Northumberland coast. "

"Overall we enjoyed our stay at 15 Moor View.However when we arrived we realised -1. roof tiles had been blown off the roof into the front garden and a strip of felt was flapping and making a noise non-stop! The owners must have this seen to ASAP as we noticed damp walls in front bedroom and lounge either side of windows.2. Also no mirrors or waste bins in each of the bedrooms which are needed as bathroom downstairs.3. Importantly when entering property there is no Doormat, no outside shoe rack...

"We booked the property to celebrate my father in laws 80th birthday so there were lots of people ranging from 2 months old to 102 years old! The house itself is fab and the accommodation on offer was great. Location is excellent being near Bolam Lake with some good walks. We had a few teething problems in terms of heating and some supplies but all in all had a good stay"

"Great central location but peaceful and quiet. Parking next to cottage is tricky but parking is available a short walk away. Dogs must be kept on a lead and are not allowed to walk on other properties grass at all. The cottage has everything you need inside and is very homely. "

"Excellent venue with lots of parking. Very clean and spacious. This was a last minute booking and communication was poor. You don't get access instructions until you pay a waiver that costs either an additional £10 or £25 depending on what you choose. And then you have to chase to get it back. Sounds a bit of a con to me but I had no choice. Overall though the property was excellent, just let down by a poor letting agent in my opinion."

"Great location within 15 min walking distance of train and bus station. The Junior suite was perfect for us - king size bed plus a comfortable sofa bed. I loved the fact that the sofa bed area was separated from main bedroom by a sliding door for privacy. Room equipped with microwave, small hob, fridge, kettle & toaster and enough cutlery, crockery etc for 3 people. Situated on the edge of Chinatown theres lots of Asian dining options - Japanese, Thai, Cantonese etc. A huge selection of bars to choose from in the area. Great location for shopping too as it’s only a short walk to Eldon Square shopping mall inc Fenwicks, John Lewis, Sephora etc and Grainger market. If you’re a football fan the hotel is across the road from St James Park. The hotel bar caters for fans too - matches are screened on every wall - even at breakfast time. We would definitely stay again. "
