We chose to eat most of our meals at the resort for convenience, but unfortunately, each interaction left us feeling unwelcome and frustrated. We did our best not to let it ruin our trip, but it was hard to overlook given how often we had to deal with the restaurant staff. The property itself has potential, but management needs to take a serious look at the employees representing the dining experience.
