"Clean room friendly staff"

"Had a weekend planned at Woodfield mall and IKEA and this nearby property had many positive reviews. We were not disappointed except for one minor issue. We forgot our phone chargers at home (had cables in car). Surprisingly the room had NO usb ports anywhere. I had to go to the nearby Target store an buy a wall charger. Other than that the stay was great. "

"We were disappointed with the condition of the room we stayed in. The furniture had distress marks and looked worn while the bed was very average. Also, the bathroom did not have a fan. Their lobby was nice which is not representative of the rooms."

"Bathroom was a little dated. Mainly the tub is due for a serious upgrade. Other than that staff was friendly and overall a very pleasant stay!"
