"I live in California and This is my second time staying at this location and with that being said, it only shows how pleased I was with my first stay that I returned a second time and will definitely be looking forward in staying here if I am in Chicago in the future. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean. Pleasant environment "

"It was just OK. Hotel needs updating. 2 elevators -- only one worked. Lots of waiting time at elevator. Very disappointing that they didn't keep the complimentary coffee and tea out all day like almost every single other hotel. Kitchen staff not the nicest. The breakfast was ok, except the fake eggs and the gross sausage patties."

"Booked the trip months in advance, paying almost $200 a night. Then the trip came and my step dad found rates at only $100 a night on their website. The room was clean and nice for 2 queen beds, my only complaint about the room was that there was NO microwave. We later found a community one behind the check-in desk at the lobby. It was just very inconvenient since we needed it at least twice a day. Plus, the pool and hot tub were in a completely different building, across the parking lot. But the staff was nice. The hot tub was fairly clean and the beds were comfortable. Being a Spa, I thought that we would get massages or maybe facials. A 1 hour massage was $175. Way too expensive for me. We would have been better off going to a nice hotel vs the fancy spa."
