"Absolutely shocking! Turned up the place looked shut down and abounded all smashed windows and graffiti all over walls. Knocked on door to see if I got the wrong address and they said my room was cancelled because toilet was broken! Well I wouldn’t of stayed there but the fact they didn’t contact me before hand to say the room was cancelled is bad, AVOID!!!
Wish I took pictures but I will next time in Liverpool!"

Basic standards of cleanliness and safety were not met, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. This experience fell far below expectations, and I would not recommend it. I am still awaiting a fair resolution and refund"
