What a beautiful hotel, stayed here with 5 girls for a Christmas night out, the lady in reception was very friendly and the room we had was absolutely amazing 3 super king sized beds,,which was very clean and very spacious, also a large bathroom with a large jacuzzi The breakfast was very good, We all had a fabulous night away. Good location near Lime street station. Friendly staff, quick check in, nice buffet style hot breakfast, good coffee. Room was incredibly spacious, huge bathroom with jacuzzi bath; didn't use it but the shower was good. No issues, would recommend.

Good size room but booked for a couple so not happy four single beds were pushed together to make 2 doubles not comfy at all. Breakfast and location were brill though

The room was old, stains on carpets and absolutely freezing cold. We had nowhere to hang our clothes at the wardrobe was 3 shelves with tea/coffee facilities inside, an iron, kettle and spare towels. One coat hanger on the top. Breakfast was cold but was better the next day. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the shops.

The hotel is in a great location, 5 minute walk from Lime Street train station in a lovely old building. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Our room was massive with all facilities needed however it was well worn and needed money spent on it. In particular I found the bathroom below par. There were a few issues with no towels in room and the breakfast bar lacking bacon and sausages however once the staff were aware they actioned it straight away. At the end of the day, the hotel offered good value for money.
